Created for Turn of the Wheel, a magical realism novel centered on tarot and generational fate, this series of illustrated tarot cards marks each of the five sections of the narrative. Inspired by the original 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith deck, the illustrations reinterpret classic tarot imagery in a refined stippling style. The cards function as visual markers between sections while reinforcing the novel’s themes of destiny, balance, and the cyclical nature of fortune.
